1. 30-Day Quality Guarantee & Defective Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy specifically for manufacturing defects or non-human-caused quality malfunctions:
- Eligibility Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a qualifying technical defect.
- Exclusions: This policy strictly excludes issues arising from improper handling, modifications, normal wear and tear, accidents, or any form of human-caused damage/abuse.
- Packaging Requirement: To qualify for a full refund, the power tool must be returned complete with all original packaging, components, user manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts.
2. 7-Day Standard Exchange Policy (Change of Mind)
If you wish to exchange a tool for reasons other than a website shipping error (e.g., change of mind, choosing a different model), the following rigid terms apply:
- Timeframe: The exchange request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the package.
- Shipping Costs: The buyer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs and any shipping costs associated with dispatching the newly exchanged item.
- Condition: The item must be completely unused and unoperated. Any power tool that has been turned on, tested on material, or shows signs of operation will be strictly rejected for exchange.
- Packaging: The product must be returned in its 100% intact, pristine original factory packaging.
3. Mandatory Pre-Authorization Process
DO NOT return packages blindly. Customers must contact our customer support desk to declare and declare their case prior to returning or exchanging any items. Packages sent back to our corporate facility or distribution warehouses without an officially authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be systematically rejected and returned to sender at the sender's expense.
4. Transparent Pricing & Zero Hidden Fees
At IRONPWR, we believe in honest transactions. Apart from the shipping costs explicitly outlined above (such as the customer-borne postage for 7-day non-error exchanges), there are absolutely no other hidden charges, processing fees, or restocking fees applied to your authorized return or exchange process.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return package is received at our center, our engineering team will inspect the item to verify its condition. Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your banking institution or credit card issuer to officially post the transaction.
6. Initiate a Return Declaration
